Terms of service

1. Access to the service

SangoBureau is a mobile app and website published by Sango SARL (a subsidiary of Janolab Studio LLC). Access is free with usage limits. A paid SangoPro plan lifts those limits and removes the watermark.

2. User account

Creating an account requires a valid (+237) phone number. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and the actions performed from it.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in FCFA, taxes included. Payment is by MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money. SangoPro passes (30 days or 1 year) are one-off purchases without auto-renewal: when a pass expires, your account reverts to free and you actively choose whether to renew. No card is saved, no recurring debit.

4. Content

The content you create in the app (CVs, quotes, letters, scans, photos) belongs to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information it contains.

5. Usage limits

The app is intended for personal and individual professional use. Any abuse (reselling the service, bypassing limits, scraping) may trigger immediate account suspension.

Personnel plan — individual use. The Personnel plan is reserved for a single user for their own needs (CVs, quotes, invoices, letters, etc.). Creating documents for third parties for payment, sharing credentials across multiple people, or commercial exploitation of the service from a single account is not allowed. Users with professional use involving multiple clients must subscribe to the Diffusion plan. Technical caps (50 documents/month, 20 documents/7 days) protect this individual use and may evolve.

Publisher accounts (churches, shops, organisers). To protect the quality of subscriptions and the attention of subscribers, publications are subject to frequency caps that apply to all tiers, including SangoPro:

• Church: 2 programmes max per week.
• Shop: 3 promos max per week.
• Event organiser: 1 flyer max per 48-hour window.

These caps are anti-spam guardrails and are not negotiable. Repeated bypass attempts (multiple accounts, etc.) may trigger publisher account suspension.

6. Availability

We make every effort to provide continuous access to the service, without however guaranteeing 100% availability. Maintenance may cause occasional interruptions.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Douala.
