Privacy policy
Your data is yours.

Who is responsible for your data?
SangoBureau is published by Sango SARL (a subsidiary of Janolab Studio LLC). For any question, write to hello@sangobureau.com.
What data?
- Account: your phone number (+237), your name, your city
- Pro (optional): NIU, RCCM, PO box, MTN MoMo and Orange Money numbers
- Content: CVs, quotes, invoices, letters, ID photos, document scans you create in the app
- Usage: anonymous events to understand what works (e.g. «a CV was created»)
Where is it stored?
All your content and account information are stored in Europe (Paris, France) on Supabase, hosted on AWS Frankfurt. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Who has access?
You alone. The app encrypts your personal documents before sending them to the servers; we can't read them. Your account info (number, name, NIU/RCCM, MoMo) is accessible to a restricted set of Sango SARL engineers for support operations.
How long?
Your content stays in your account as long as you don't delete it. When you ask to delete your account, we keep your data for 30 days — you can sign back in and restore your account anytime in that window. After 30 days, everything is erased for good.
One exception: billing data (amounts, dates, MoMo references) that Cameroonian law requires us to keep for 10 years. We keep these lines anonymised — without your name, number or ID — for accounting, never to identify you.
Your rights
Anytime, from the app, you can: access your data, edit it, or delete your account. You can also download all your data in a single file (Settings → My info → Download my data) — CVs, quotes, invoices, letters, documents and all associated info. For any question: hello@sangobureau.com.
Third-party tools
We use:
- Supabase (EU / Frankfurt) — database, storage and authentication
- Anthropic (United States) — only for the «Improve my text» and «Prepare my message» features. Your text is sent for processing without retention. No identifying data (name, phone) is transmitted.
- Resend (EU) — for the rare emails we send (payment confirmation, support)
- SMSala (EU) — for sending sign-in codes via SMS / WhatsApp
- CinetPay / NotchPay — for processing MTN MoMo, Orange Money and card payments. We don't store card data.
