The 50-pack is for personal use or to resell: 50 units to spend whenever you want (1 unit = 1 document shared or downloaded), writing help with no weekly limit while you have units, transferable to other users (cyber café, friend). Publisher limits (5 programmes / 2 promos / 2 flyers a month, 100 subscribers) stay at the free level. Diffusion unlocks your church, shop or events brand: 1,000 subscribers, unlimited publications, your name instead of SangoBureau, all visuals.

Pay per document. The first document of each type is free for life — not per month, for life. Beyond that, pay once via MoMo (from 250 FCFA depending on type), and the document is yours forever: edit, download and share without limit. Beyond ~10 documents, the 50-pack (2,500 FCFA, that's 50 FCFA per document) becomes cheaper.

Yes. All CV, quote, letter and contract templates are included for free. You can change template on a document you've already paid for — as many times as you want, no extra fees. The price applies to the document, not the template.

For every friend you invite who completes a verified payment, you earn 1 credit — a credit unlocks a document of any type, as if you'd paid. At 5 activated friends, you also get 5 bonus units; at 12, 15 units; at 25, 50 units (a full 50-document Pack, free). Credits are capped at 20 unused per user and expire after 365 days; bonus units don't expire.

Diocese accounts, school networks, multi-shops, NGOs, or any publisher exceeding 1,000 subscribers are handled via direct partnership, fully custom: pre-vetting, adapted terms, dedicated support, custom branding. Reach out via the contact form or from the app — we get back within 48h.

Yes, anytime from the app. Upgrading: the new capacity applies right away. Downgrading: the change takes effect at the end of your paid period — your data, documents and subscribers are preserved.

You revert to free. Your existing documents remain accessible for life — what you created during a pass stays yours without watermark, and documents you paid for per-unit stay unlocked forever. On the publisher side, your publications and subscribers are never deleted. For Diffusion passes, a 14-day grace window lets you renew without losing any publishing capacity; beyond that, publisher capacity returns to the free tier.

No. Every pass — 30 days or 1 year — is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. No auto-renewal, no hidden debits. At each expiry, you actively choose to renew or not. No card to save — only MoMo, when you want.

Payment by MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money. You send the amount to the number shown in the app, paste your transaction reference, and the document or pass activates immediately. For pay-per-document (≤ 1,000 FCFA), automatic verification runs within 60 seconds; in parallel our team re-verifies all payments manually.

On iPhone, buying a pass happens from the web dashboard (app.sangobureau.com/pass) rather than the app itself — that's an App Store policy requirement. You then use your pass and documents normally in the app.
